This year, our school is excited to celebrate the Jubilee Year of Hope! The Jubilee Year of Hope is a special year designated by the Pope where we focus on spreading hope and kindness to everyone around us. It's a time to remember that no matter what happens, there is always hope for a better tomorrow.

Pope Francis has dedicated this year to the "Year of Hope" because he wants everyone, especially when things are tough, to remember that there is always hope. He believes that no matter what challenges we face, we can always trust in God's love and find hope in our hearts. The Pope wants us to focus on helping each other, being kind, and spreading happiness. He believes that by sharing hope, we can make the world a better place and that everyone deserves to feel loved and cared for. This year is a chance for us to grow in faith and bring hope to others! 

 

Every class created a Jubilee Pledge. We have now been added to the CAFOD School Pledge Map and received a certificate from CAFOD. 

On Friday 21st November 2025 we will be marking Jubilee Celebration Day by celebrating Mass in church with our Parish Priest. As part of our Jubilee celebrations, have created a new banner for our school that all the children were involved in making.
