Week 10 1.6.20

Hello Noah Class,

We hope you have all had a wonderful week in the beautiful sun shine.  This week we will be welcoming some of you back to school and it will be really lovely to see you.  We are also looking forward to seeing all the wonderful photos and videos from those of you who are still at home.  Please keep sending us your photos and videos via Tapestry and The Home Learning email homelearning@st-edmunds.suffolk.sch.uk .  We so want to keep in touch with you all.

We are starting a new topic this half term.  For the first part we will be following the topic on Minibeasts.' we will be discovering different types of minibeast, what they are called and what features they have.  We would still like you to continue with the regular learning to which you will be familiar with now on the learning chart (it is in black). This regular learning is very important and the need to continuously go over is is important.  As a federation we have signed up to scholastic Learning Zone.  You should have been sent the details of this.  It will allow you access to books within your child's reading range and is a great resource. Don't forget the other useful websites are; www.oxfordowl.co.uk and www.readingeggs.co.uk for reading and www.themathsfactor.co.uk for maths activities. Also the new websites Oak curriculum with lots of resources and bbc bitesize have produced more too.  If you have any worries or queries please get in touch via home learning and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will continue to check in to see any updates.

Wishing you all good health

Love

Miss Mortimer, Mrs Ruane, Mrs Shaw, Mrs Oldershaw and Mrs Mumford
